Our sofa beds come partially assembled in 2 packages. 

Here’s how to set it up:

• Step 1: Unpack the boxes carefully, turn the sofa bed over, and attach 4 legs stored inside.
• Step 2: Attach the legs into the pre-drilled holes at each corner with the provided nuts and adjust them as needed for stability.  
• Step 3: Align the arm with the keyways on the body and slide them in place.
• Step 4: Attach the pull strap to the back and put on the mattress belt so that the mattress does not curl up when it opens. 
• Step 5: Tug the pull strap, and voila- your sofa bed is ready to use! 

For assistance, upgrade to White Glove delivery service (for an additional fee). Our team of experts will assemble your sofa bed, place it in the room of your choice, and remove the packaging - no fuss at all!

Should you change your mind about your purchase, you can return the sofa bed, but you’ll incur a 30% restocking fee plus the return shipping cost.

Here is how you can have a smooth return process: 

• Package Keeping: Keep the packaging for at least 30 days in case you want to return the sofa bed. Repacking and disassembly should be done properly to prevent transit damage. 
• Take Pictures: Take 4 clear photos of the sofa bed (front, back, left, and right side) and 2 photos of the mattress (top and bottom) from 5 feet away in good lighting. 
• Email Us the Packed Item Photos: Once your sofa bed is packed securely, send us the pictures. We will arrange for pick up and the carrier will confirm the condition of the packaging before the pickup.

• Photo & Inspection: We will take photos of the item’s condition before and after it has been unpacked to ensure everything is the same as your pre-return pictures. 
• Product Match: If the sofa bed arrived in the same condition as your pre-return photos, we will refund you the purchase price, excluding the restocking and return shipping fee. However, if the product is damaged while it has been packed, the refund amount will be accordingly adjusted for the damages.
