" Sofa bed arrived packaged well and in good condition. It is quite heavy because the mechanism is made of steel. Despite this, it is easy to open and close. The bed is very stable and comfortable. The sofa is on the firmer side but provides good support and posture. Happy with my purchase. Also came with a five year warranty. "
