Order and Shipment
Orders:
Orders are processed the next business day and shipped with a furniture specialized carrier, who will contact you to coordinate delivery. Orders cannot be cancelled after 36 hours of placement; cancellations beyond this point incur a 30% fee.

Shipping:
All orders include free shipping with drop-off at threshold or garage. Optional White Glove Service (delivery to room-of-choice, setup (including up two flights of stairs), and upon approval, disposal of packaging materials). White Glove Service is not available for furniture that cannot pass through tight spaces; contact us with measurements for assistance.
If you need a Certificate of Insurance (COI), please request it in advance; additional charges apply. Unreceived scheduled shipments will incur a redelivery fee, charged to the receiver.
Please document any transport-related damage with the carrier upon delivery or within 48 hours of receipt, and inform us so we can assist. Damage after drop-off (to the sofa bed or your property) is not claimable with us or the carrier but should be addressed with your insurance. Open packaging carefully to avoid damage; cutting the cover is considered negligence and not claimable with us.
