Here’s what to do if you want to return your sofa bed-  

• You should retain the original packaging for at least 30 days so that if you change your mind, you can return your sofa bed.  
• Stick to proper disassembly and repackage of the sofa bed when transporting it. 
• Get 4 clear photos of the sofa bed (front, back, left, and right) plus 2 photos of the mattress (top and bottom). Be sure they’re from a 5-foot distance and in good lighting.  
• When it’s packed, email us pictures of the packaged item. Before pickup, our carrier will verify everything.

• Once the returned sofa bed is received, our team carefully unpacks and inspects it, reviewing photos before and after to ensure its condition. This work is done within three weeks of the returned item's arrival.  
• If the sofa bed meets the pre-return image and is in good condition, we'll refund the purchase price, excluding the restocking and return shipping fees. 
• But if it's damaged during the process of being packed, the refund amount may differ. No worries! You won't be held liable for damage during transport if the item was shipped securely.
