Our sofa bed is delivered partially assembled and doesn’t need any tools for the final assembly! The assembly is quick and easy: 

• Our sofa bed comes in two packages. Within the package, it includes different structural parts. So, turn the sofa bed upside down very carefully to take out the four legs that are kept inside the package.
• Screw the four legs into the holes of each corner with provided nuts. Adjust the legs if needed for stability.
• Align the keyways of the arms with the body and slide them in place. 
• Attach the pull strap to the back and the mattress belt to prevent the mattress from curling when it is opened. Finally, convert the sofa into a bed by tugging on the pull strap.

First and foremost, retain the original packaging for at least 30 days so that if you change your mind, you can return the sofa bed. Repacking and disassembling the sofa bed is necessary to prevent damage during transportation. 

Take 4 clear photos of the sofa bed from the front, back, right side, and left side and 2 of the mattress from top and bottom from 5 feet away in good lighting before sending it back.

Once your returned item is packed, email us pictures of the packed item. The carrier will take note of the packaging before pickup to record this information.

• Photos & Inspection:We’ll take pictures of the item before and after we unpack it to document its condition upon arrival. This process is done within 3 weeks of receipt.

• Remove dirt, crumbs and dust, especially from the folds and hard-to-reach places, by vacuuming regularly using an upholstery attachment. 
• In order to prevent the sofa bed mattress from sagging, flip and rotate the mattress every 3–6 months. 
• Tackle spills immediately! Blot with a clean cloth and mild detergent (don’t rub). 
• Quick spill cleanup can be done with wet wipes or a damp cloth to clean fabric covers such as Dyna Tex and Resista performance fabric. 
• For leather upholstery, compatible cleaners and conditioners need to be used. This will retain the suppleness and durability of leather sofa beds.
