Shipping policy

Our price includes shipping through a Specialized Furniture Carrier who will drop off your purchase at your front door or by the garage door. Orders are processed the next business day.  Orders cannot be cancelled after 36 hours of placement; cancellations beyond this point incur a 30% fee.  Specialized Furniture Carrier usually picks up within 48 hours. You will be notified by the carrier of tracking information as soon as they have it in there system. Option for a White Glove Service is available for a minimal add-on charge. Transit Time will depend on your address. Shipping is from our warehouse in High Point, NC.
